Yes it's easy to turn rubber gloves inside out. To make the fingers pop out you have to trap some air in the glove, twist the opening over to seal it, then squeeze the air into the fingers.

Grab the cuff and pull it down toward your fingers. It's kind of like peeling a banana.
This allows the sweat inside the glove to dry out faster, so it's easier to reuse them if you need them again a few minutes later.

Not sure what you are asking but...... to take them off, pull the cuffs right down over the hands, they will then be inside out. To turn them the right way... push some of the fingers inside and blow like a baloon into the cuff, they will then pop out to normal again.. Just like magic!!

Sometimes it's the only way to get them off if they fit tightly because of the vacuum created when you try to remove your hand. Just grab it from the top and pull towards your fingers and it will come off, inside out.
