Profiles are pop up opened.you need your pop up blocker set correctly.Turning it off causes too many problems. I just tryed and had no problem seeing profiles.,you need to double left click on their name.Do this;
When you try getting in lounge or room and it doesn't work.click on pop up blocker. always allow tab it will say recent pop ups blocked.high light yahoo.com then click allow.

I had the same problem on Yahoo. It was the result of a pop-up blocker, so if you have one, it might be blocking your ability to see other people's profiles.

hold down the controll button before and during when you click their profile.
