Go to the principle and tell him/her you would like to talk in private. This way they will take you seriously. Sit down and calmly explain what this person is doing to you, how it makes you feel and how it is affecting you daily. Make sure to be very descriptive about how this makes you feel. Explain how it effects your school work, your nerves, causing depression and let the principle know that you do not want your daily life affected by a bully. Let the principle know that you will ask your parents to contact the police and press harrassment charges if the principle does not take the situation seriously. You have to let the leader of the school know there is a problem and give him/her a chance to help you fix the problem, if it doesn't happen quickly ask your parents for help. It will only get worse until you step up and refuse to be a victim. There is no shame in wanting to have a happy daily life and no one has the right to cause you this kind of pain for fun.

Usually a bully only understand one thing, force.
Confront the person about their behavior and if they don't stop, put your fist in their face.
Trying to understand the position/circumstances of a bully is crap.
I don't care what their condition is, it needs to stop.
After the abuse has stopped, you can approach the situation form a position of authority, then it is time to see if they need help or if they are just an a$$hole.

This is still going on?!? My school life was awful! I was abused by several kids! I just tried my best to ignore them! I know it's hard. And it may not even stop her,It's sad that there are other students who won't speak up for you I went through that too.You can go to your schools guidance counselor and report her (them) maybe they can have an assembly to talk about bulling.

Speak to your parents about this. No one should have to endure abuse. I'm certain the school officials will take your parents concerns seriously, especially if they make ti known that they are willing to do whatever it takes to stop this including taking legal action.

I'm sure she just likes and doesn't know how to express herself properly. The abusing part is because that's the only way she knows how to express herself. Just be nice and ask her to stop acting the way she has been. It's worked for my in the past, hopefully it works for you too.
