It should be ok... the ham will get a sheen to it with a slight green tint if it has gone bad... the cheese slice may be a bit hard near the edge or it may be discolored from the edges in...
These are the indications visually of the food going bad...

I think there is usually a bit of leeway with these sort of things so perhaps you could risk it but saying that I wouldn't risk eating anything containing meat once it's out of date. I once left some ham for a couple of days and I was going to have it but it had gone green!! Yuk :op

if it smells ok and has nothing growing on it, I assume it would be safe. However, it is now 4 days out of date and the chances of it still being safe to eat are getting slimmer by the second
