Why do people, especially estate dwellers and Jeremy Kyle/Trisha guests, always start a sentence with 'At the end of the day' or 'he turned around to me' Firstly, at the end of the day I go to bed and cant be bothered arguing about DNA tests or whatever, and secondly, do these people conduct their conversations with their backs to eachother, only turning round to hurl an insult then turning back again?

Basic lack of vocabulary is the reason. People need to put in fillers such as these and "you see what I mean" and other redundant phrases. It is true of most cultures, for example in France people often start the reply to a question with "ecoutez" which means listen, when in reality if you asked the question it is only good manners to listen to the reply without being asked to do so.

I hate talkshows. It just shows how low some people are willing to stoop for money. There like modern day freak shows! Who actually sits at home and thinks "Oh no, I think my husband is cheating on me! I know! Jeremy Kyle will sort everything out!"
Where do they find these people? Its not TV, its ignorance and greed

at the end of the day, who gives a monkeys, you could turn round to me and say that you won't watch telly again but i don't care. lol.
Sorry had to do that, its just for the viewing, people that aren't at work are probaly lots of "estate dwellers"

At the end of the day, you have to understand that they have a programme to put out and it is entertainment for the massive, so at the end of the day why worry, simply get SKY and watch ONE LIFE TO LIVE .

what gets me with some of the people that go on these programs is that when all the truth is out they go mad and they go mad when they get comments off the audience they don't like "well don't go on then" and tell everybody your problems!!!!!!!!! lol
