Even now that Women have gained many rights that were denied to them just 80 years ago, it still seems that they haven't reached a point to where they can truly be an equal. There are still many places and people not allowing Women to be individuals. How different would things be if since the begining, Women had the freedom to use their full potential, just as Men have?

There are still women in the world that don't have rights .That are pasted up for a job because a guy would rather hire another guy.Because we have to stay at home with the kids.Because society wants us to kiss butt.If we speak out we're PMS wielding maniacs.......

You can't be EQUAL; things could be more equitable.
However, women would have to give up a hell of a lot before they could reach their "full potential".
Unless you mean full potential of bitchiness, hate-fullness and conceit.
Somehow they'd have to work a full month, and be more stable even during PMS. They'd have to stop fighting so much with other women! The kids might have to take a bus to a soccer game, or to the ballet dance class....well, ballet would probably be gone anyway.
Our entire society would have to completely change, women would end up getting the short end of the deal, too, if they were to be treated ABSOLUTELY EQUAL. Ask Hillary, she was against the ERA, and said a woman would have to be crazy to want that.
Oh some other changes, if woman slapped a man, she could expect to be hit back. A bad mother wouldn't get the kids all the time in the divorce, or the house, or alimony, ever.
Just think of all the special krap the women admit to just in Q&A, it would ALL be gone, and you'd have to be EQUAL. Better for you to just go smear some clown make-up on your face (that's supposed to make women beautiful) and enjoy the benefits you have.

Nothing stopping us from reaching their potential. In any given country that elects its' representatives, if a woman ran for every elected office, and all women voted, they could run the entire country right now, set any laws they like, and have all the power.
Problem is most women won't run and most won't vote. Do the same with industry, start and support their own. It really is that simple.

Who is stopping you?
Is there an individual who oppresses you?
Let go of your prejudice and achieve your desires.
