If you are working on a laptop, then you accidentaly turned on the Num lock find the button that says num lck and press it and the fn key together. If you're on a PC, I got nothing for ya.

It's possible to change the input language of the keyboard. Go to 'Control Panel', click 'Regional and Language Options' and select the 'Languages' tab, click details and you'll see what you have to do - assuming this is the problem.
