R we talking career? Spiritual journey, travel? If it's career... that is simple. Head to nearest college or university that has career placement services. There are test to access ur skills, talents, and what u enjoy to help narrow choices down. U don't mention schooling or professional trade school. College in the beginning is just general courses anyways...
Travel pick a place and go... it's that simple to explore. Now if were talking self discovery, spiritual insight that is alot of work that only u can do to find what provides u the security u like. What direction u want to head. Sometimes being a volunteer can give u the experience ur seeking.

If you are still young then it will be like that. You have to make a list of all things you like to do and the benefits of doing them. Sometimes you can do more than one thing in your life and then you will finally decide what it is that best suites you and your needs. Like me I have went from getting a degree for law, pyscology, now I'm working on getting my real estate licsenses. The world is full of opportunity you just have to want it.
Go for what you know. Start with something you have thinking about doing for a long time and try it out, if it doesnt work out try something else, and you will soon settle with something, Dotn just sit there and do nothing you have to weight your options

join the freaking club. I have been that way all of my life. 'that my friend, is call self doubt.
More than likely you have good decisions and others are telling you not to do this, or not to do that. Make your own mind up. That what does not kill you will help you be stronger.

i dont mean to be proud you have anxiety syndrome. what is your passion. you must have something that makes you happy whenever you are doing it. do that which you know best to do. when you start doing what you enjoy, you might not be getting enough money immediately but certainly money will come with time.

how old are you? and do you mean a career or as that a philosophical question.
you should look into yourself and discover what makes you happy and keeps your mind active. then chose an activity/career that will provide it to you.
