Crikey, it's a long time since my Biochem lectures, but I know there are energy supplies for the sperm cells long journey, in the form of sugars. The fluid comes from 2 glands by the way, the prostate is one and I can't remember the other, oh hell !
Other interesting info, the average ejaculation is around 5ml (a teaspoon) and it has the calorific value of 8 oz of steamed broccoli/calabrese.

I Assume You Are Asking "What is Seminal Fluid Made of"? Besides the Obvious Things, Fructose, the Only Monosaccharide (Sp?) I Know of, Not Sugars.
