Rosie O'Donnell????

Question

Who else thinks Rosie O'donnell needs to be sent to a "HeteroHaters-Insecurity Therapy-Huge Chip on the Shoulders" camp somewhere?
On a daily basis I am getting more and more nauseated by her throwing herself at the world as a self crowned expert on everything.

I agree. I mean, it's cool and all that she has chosen the lifestyle she chose. I just can't understand why she has to act like the spokesperson for all gay people. For one thing, Kelly Ripa had every right to prevent Clay Aikens from covering her mouth, no one knows where his hands have been. That is a germ concern, not a homophobic response. Second of all, Rosie needs to mind her own business. Clay is a big boy and should be able to take criticism. Rosie should be sent somewhere, home to her kids. Who is raising them? She should be more focused on bringing up her children correctly and get out of everyone's business.

yes, I really dislike watching Rosie on The View. She is so loud, argues, interrupts, and of course, KNOWS EVERYTHING! I've even written into the show to complain. However, Kelly Ripa was really wrong, calling in and trying to defend her non-homophobic views and trying to trash Clay Aiken's career. I was actually proud of Rosie for a change. Kelly needs to realize Clay is young. She could have reprimanded him privately after the show instead. Courtesy and understanding always trump CUTE!

I will agree that the gay community needs a spokesperson and advocate, because gays in the United States are generally hated and feared by the populace (which is unfortunate). I'm just not sure a loud-mouthed harpy like Rosie O'donnell is the one to do it.

I love Rosie, but like other celebs (Gibson, Richards), she needs to cool her pants before she start loosing her fan base. what is funny though, its like she says what everyone else wants to, but they aren't going to say it, so someone has to, that is how I look at it to a certain extent. Some of the things she state are a bit ridiculous, and probably publicity stunts anyway. She does think she knows everything like she wrote the book on the world, so I completely agree with cha.

i agree. i was watching the news this morning and just because kellly said i dont know where those hands have been doesnt mean shes making fun of his homosexuality. like kelly said, she has children and he had been shaking everyones hand in the audience, he could have just used the restroom, if he took a cab there those things are disgusting. and i was on my way to work this morning and i was listening to car news and kelly said she wacthes ellen every day and hardly ever thinks about the fat that shes gay. but when she sees rosie thats all she thinks of because rosie constantly talks about it . i just this rosie needs to get over it.
