No. I don't wonder at all. There is no risk in telling strangers your secrets. They shouldn't give out their ss etc, but sometimes it is much easier to talk to a stranger.

Not really, because there is a connection between all people, despite of any cultural differences. If a person meets you by heart they will just feel, that there is a connection and feel at ease and tell you personal stuff first hand.
