Does xbox 360 has different systems like pal ntsc..?

i want to know if it has different region systems and does it play xbox games with different systems

Yes. Just like the previous generation xbox, they are region coded and supports either NTSC (US) or PAL (Europe). You can verify this at the official xbox 360 faq listed below.
