Change your drinks to soda, your food to junk food including fast food, and only exercise once or twice a week

Go to McDonalds, KFC or Burger King instead of making a turkey and such.

Why would you want to do that?
Anyway it's not that hard to get fat over christmas as we all eat so much!

eat fatty, sweet and rich in carbs food. dont exercise. bad to health tho
