Factor each polynomial as much as possible before beginning.
For the first fraction:
x^2 +3x = x*(x+3)
x^2+3x+2 = (x+1)*(x+2)
For the second fraction:
x^2-4x+3 = (x-1)*(x-3)
x^3-9x = x*(x^2-9) = x*[(x+3)*(x-3)]
Now all that remains is to cancel out common factors from the numerator and denominator to get our answer.
[ x*(x+3)/(x+1)*(x+2)] multiplied by [(x-1)*(x-3)/[x*(x+3)*(x-3)]]
Notice we have x and (x+3) in the numerator of the first fraction and the denominator of the second. So they cancel. In the second fraction, we have (x-3) in both the numerator and denominator, so they also cancel.
That leaves us with [1/(x+1)*(x+2)]*[(x-1)/1] = (x-1)/[(x+1)*(x+2)], which is your answer.

Try to write your excercise better!
Either its:
(X² + 3x) / (X² + 3x + 2) * (X² - 4x + 3) / (X³ - 9x)
or:
X² + (3x / X²) + 3x + (2 * X²) - 4x + (3 / X³) - 9x
?
Maybe you ment something else?
so (X² + 3x) / (X² + 3x + 2) * (X² - 4x + 3) / (X³ - 9x) simplified would be: (2x² - 8X + 6) / (x³ - 9x)

Being a math teacher I am not going to answer the question, primarily because I think you are a student! Besides, is the last set in parenthesis correct? Is it 2x or 2 times something? You simply need to follow the order of operations. For working within the parenthesis you start form the beginning of the order of operations. In the end you group by addition or subtraction all the like terms. Order of Operations: 1. Exponents 2. Everything in parenthesis 3. Multiplication and division from left to right 4. Addition and subtraction from left to right. I hope that helps. I really wouldn't want to answer until you made it clear what is going on in the third set of parentheses!
