No it's a massage done with oils.... not a machine or anything like that.

a free oil massage is were you go and get a full body massage using essentials oils to either relax or stimulate you.. it is very nice and enjoyable and worth about 40 £

No, seriously, you lie down on a bed and people will come and rub your back, legs, arms, etc.. using special oils designed to relax and sooth you.
You should leave there feeling calm and relaxed.
