B4-4 released it on July 20, 2004

It was originally released by James Taylor - 19 June, 1971 in the US (12 weeks at #1)

James Taylor - 28 August, 1971 in the UK (15 weeks in the charts, made #4)

By the way, James Taylor wrote the lyrics and NOT Carole King (who included the song on her album 'Tapestry' in 1971 but was erroneously labelled as being the author. She had actually changed the lyrics on the album 'Tapestry' but the song was still Taylor's).
