First Tie Breaker is division head to head then conference head to head then total points scored, then total points scored in common opponent games. There is a 1 in 4 Billion chance that it would need to go further than that.

That is not possible because if a team loses 8 time than atleast 5 teams have to have a better record

Why not ask if all the teams were to go 0-0-16?
Anyway, the NFL has a predetermined set of Tiebreakers for equivalent records, but if you assume all those being equal, you would have 16 teams in each conference participating in a 16-way coinflip to see which 6 teams go to the playoffs in each conference.
Once in the playoff situation, games are played in sudden death with no ties (I believe).

Then It would come down to Division records to determine the Division champs.. Then Conference records to see who makes the WildCards..If by means your ridiculously stupid Question is still the same as far as even records, the head-to-head records will determine Division Winners, and WildCard qualifiers.

I don't think that is possible, but even if it was there are bound to be teams that beat other teams. It would be based on who beat who the most in each division, then by the amount of points for.

Hell would freeze over as the Cardinals and Lions would have a good shot at the playoffs.
That being said, it would come down to tie breakers based on who they beat, who they played, how many points they scored, points differential, and even so far down that they might need a coin flip in a place or two.
