I am not sure. Why McCartney didn't try to outbid him is beyond me. Didn't he know that those songs were going to be worth a fortune for decades to come? I hope that circus freak will be forced into bankruptcy so he has no choice to sell them back. They belong in Beatle hands, McCartney and Ringo maybe, and hate to say it, but I guess Yoko has a claim to some of them as well. If not her, then who else?
McCartney even wrote Say Say Say for the two of them which spent 6 weeks at number one. Ungrateful jerk.

He hasn't sold them so I would assume so. What a shame that the Beatles weren't given the proper advice when they were younger on how to protect their songs.
