My wife likes to lay on her back with my coming at her from the side with one of my legs wrapped over her. she can rub herself against my leg while I am inside her. It really gets her off.

She shud all the positions by rotation and which is also acceptable to ur partner. See which one is the best. I am sure at 40 u wud have by now known the posture.
