I am pro choice for the same reason that I'm pro second amendment. I find the consequences of those positions less disgusting and scary than a government that would usurp those rights by force. While I find the prospect of destroying a fetus in the womb reprehensible, I would not want to live in a nation where a woman is forced to have a baby at the point of a gun. When it comes down to it, everyone has their own opinion on the value of a fetus at various stages of development. Some people believe that as soon as the gamete is formed there is a soul there too that needs protecting. Others believe that once a mother decides she doesn't want a baby that organism becomes a parasite feeding off her body. And, obviously, there is an entire spectrum in between. With such vastly dissenting opinions from anyone you meet, is it right to legislate one way or the other? What makes one opinion more valid than the next? I applaud your for applying rational thought to the issue. And I believe that you are correct. Making abortion completely illegal will only result in increased hanger sales. Kevin, why don't you ever choose a best answer? You always let it go into voting which is weak. Do you even read the answers you receive?

"Having sex like dogs in the alley"? My god, listen to yourselves. Have you never made a mistake? Taken a risk? Gone after an urge?
And yes, people are uneducated, but whose fault is that? It's our educational system's fault. The same people who say that abortion is murder say that we should not be providing birth control or even INFORMATION about birth control to the general public. Does that make sense at all?
And, if these "uneducated" people are having "sex in the alley," then what will be the lives of these children? Well cared for? Healthy? WIth good prenatal care? Promising future? I don't think so. Oh, and you're going to say that adoption is the answer? Nah-uh. Because there is a big demand for healthy, white babies. If people are having "sex in the alley," then their babies are not going to be healthy and desirable to potential adoptive parents. WHich means a life of foster parents, drain on the economic system, and that's it.
(Oh, and of course, if people are having "sex in the alley" and get pregnant, and abortion is illegal, nothing's going to stop them from having abortions in the alley, and killing the fetus, and possibly themselves in the process.)

yep, its the easy way out of making a mistake, abortion is nothing more than legal murder and anyone that can't see that are blind. i hate the fact that abortion is legal, i think that if ppl gets pregnant they need to face the consequence, isn't that what we try to teach our children, so y are we allowing abortions, they arent paying the consequences of their actions anymore. murder is never the answer

Sources, please? What is the purpose of this attack, more "All or Nothing" mentality: either abort them all or not at all? There are two sides to this issue, but it seems to you, and feebs like you, that the only women that have abortions are promiscuous.

That number is ever increasing since the inception of abstinence only sex ed. Maybe we should start teaching people how to protect themselves again.
