Can you get car insurance at the border of Macedonia, Serbia/Montenegro and Bosnia?

We are taking campervans through Europe next summer and want to travel through these countries but can't find a UK insurer that will cover them.

no one will insure your vehicle to those countries, i tried already and i was denied by every single insurance company in europe

Hardly surprising I don't think that thy will bother you for not having any car insurance out there
