there was a contest not long ago, i entered it and im still waiting 4 an answer, I wish my card is made and in 2007 they make a new booster pack with it, if u could make ur own card just like that it would mess up the game, every card has something to do

If there was a contest (And there was, but for the younger audience), they would tell you how. But right now, Adobe Photoshop is your best chance. Otherwise, you could consider a career in Card Game Design and go from there.

I'm pretty sure Yugioh Virtual Desktop lets you create your own cards. You can play with them afterwards, too. I'm not sure how it's done though.

you don't! jk.get magicseteditor.google or yahoo search it.it should be able to make yugioh cards by now.if not, stop playing yugioh and start playing magic.
