Every year my gal friends am I exchange xmas gift. This year's budget is S$20 and i dunno wad to get... Baking is out of the question since i always bake cookies and stuff for everyone. Where can i get a decent gift that is not too kiddy for my gal friend in Singapore??

Well you could make her a fun surprise, first get a really useless or hilarious cheap gift and stay serious about it, let's say a used toothbrush. Then for the real gift i can't really help you because i don't know your friend, you are the ones friends with her so you know her better then any strangers here. I'd say a cd, or a necklace. Even if the real gift isn't great, she will just be happy she got something else then a used toothbrush.

Lots of ladies accessories go for $20 and under. If you are good in handicraft, you could make a nice pair of beaded ear rings or necklace for your friends. I'm sure they'll like such gifts, especially since there's the personal touch to them.

I suggest to buy some beads to make a bracelet for ur gal fren. Is quite cheap, less than $20 to buy the necessary stuffs. And most importantly it is made by you, with sincerity which money can't buy.

I would say make some nice jewelry for her. You can go to Hobby Lobby or a craft store, pick up some bead kits and string and regular beads and make something.

20 dollars seems too small for manicure, vouchers, etc.
