The Borg can time travel, and they went back and had her repaired.
No idea why there's not been a Voyager movie yet, but there is a Star Trek movie coming out next summer, so it may have some of the characters in it.

I would assume the borg have some way of retaining her, they never really explain how. In Star Trek First Contact, Picard exclaims that the ship she was on (From Best of Both Worlds I & II) was destroyed along with all the borg on it, she responds, "You think in such three dimensional terms." The reason there is no potential for a Voyager film is because the driving point to the Voyager story was their quest to get back to Earth. Now that they are back home, it wouldn't be very interesting. Any storyline they introduce could be accomodated by the TNG cast. I believe in the books, the crew splits up onto different ships, and everyone gets promoted. In Nemesis, Janeway in shown as an admiral. Also, they dropped off Neelix in the Delta quadrant, how would they explain getting him back? Although I'd love to see a Voyager film made, it's not gonna happen.

Well.....
In the film Cpt Picard says to her "yes I remember you but that ship and all the borg on it were destroyed"
The Queen then replies "you think in such 3 dimensional terms"
Here they refer to the ST:TNG episode where Picard becomes a borg etc etc.
Later in ST: Voy we see the Queen again, so I suppose you could say that either there's a back-up for the Queen or some other borg forces at work here. Also, I noticed for the final ever episode they use the same actress for the Queen as they did in the movie. I think this was just a pulling out all the stops for the final show.
However, I did hear that on the Internet someone was writing a series where on the way home through the borg transwarp tunnels something goes wrong and they end up somewhere else. This would somehow tie in at the end with the final parts of the last episode.
Anyway, going back to your question of what happened next well we know that Janeway became an Admiral from the Nemesis movie but nothing's known of the rest.
I did prefer DS9 as I thought that had another few series left but I too would like to see a "what happened next" episode of Voyager.

Borg Queen in Voyager was explained by the fact that there is/was more than one of them. I agree a voyager movie should be made. They have certainly left it open for one. In the usual Star Trek fashion they had Admiral Katherine Janeway pop up in the Nemesis film, paving the way for the next film, if they ever make one! I love the Star Trek handovers!

I agree strongly with the answer that said that a person has to watch First Contact and realize that tt basically veers off course in context to the Star Trek Universe - especially the different series. There were so many inconsistencies. This is one reason that I didn't like that movie although I believe it is the biggest grossing movie in the whole Trek franchise. Anyway, many inconsistencies with things that were established in TOS and TNG. First of all in the Original Series Zeveran Cochran was from a planet near the star Alpha Centuri. Secondly, it was established that especially in time travel incidents or incidents that would break the Prime Directive that individuals involved would usually have their memory erased of the events that would harm them for the tuture. Not so in First Contact. There are a lot of other faults in FC. So I would give some slack to FC because of the whole time line issue with the Borg and leave it at that. Consider that Voyager was the more factual element. I hope this helps.

Voyager was beyond a doubt my favorite Star Trek show. The sexual tension between Seven of Nine and Captain Janeway was so thick you could cut it with a knife. lmao.
It'd be nice to see a film made, but in typical Hollywood fashion they'd screw it up by trying to make it full of CGI crap. As for the queen, the Borg probably put her back together, since in the last episode of Voyager she starts out as just a head and then puts her body together.
Btw...weren't B'elanna and Tom just the cutest couple? It was nice to end the show with their baby being born.

The thing about the Borg Queen is really determined and explained when you look at how the Borg operate. They're all linked in a hive mind. The Borg Queen herself is a manifestation of a conglomerate of the Collective. The Borg themselves, as shown in First Contact, can travel through time. Though the Borg Queen was destroyed, it's completely plausible that they could go back in time and recreate her. It's also plausible that she is simply one instance of a Borg Queen, and that there are multiple versions of her that are "in charge" of different sections of the Collective that share knowledge and data between themselves while disseminating orders and directives to the drones in their sections. And even if she were destroyed, the Borg could easily converge a mass of the hive to form another in a single Borg unit. Just my thoughts...

As far as I'm aware, there are multiple borg queens. When one dies, it can be replaced by another one waiting in some sort of stasis. Memories and other things are conserved when borg dies, so memories can be easily replanted into the new queen if previous one were to die.
