If you are not sure than the best option is to see the doctor, they can do an exam and check a couple of things and determine what it is for sure

You see a doctor about this. He'll take a sample of your urine and give it to someone like me that will give it a test and see what kind of flora and fauna are growing in your bladder. We'll then give him our results with a recommendation on what to use to get rid of the little buggers. It usually works if not to far advanced.

You can help by drinking about four ounces of Cranberry juice every morning, have a small cup of yogurt in the morning with breakfast. It all helps. Make sure your clean down there all the time. Change panties often. There was a time when they recommended you put your cotton panties in the microwave for a few seconds but, I don't know where that went. It might work.
You can douche with Monastst if you know how, ask the doctor.

Well ....Bacterial infections start out similarly.May be a trip to the gyno is in order just to make sure.I'll have to agree with the others.
