try proactive but if they're really bad please seek a dermatologists opinion he may find a prescription that's right for you but if you only have 1 or 2 of those big sore ones try toothpaste directly on the skin the night before when you go to bed then when you wake it should be a lil better.

If it is truly a problem go see the doctor who can prescribe medicine that may help more then the average cream you can get in the store.

First rule though is to keep your face clean. Never put your hands on your face except for when washing it. Hands can pick up so many germs throughout the day. Also do not squeeze the pimples as you will spread more around that way.

I am assuming you are young. Teenager to mid 20's is when this can be at it worse.

Remember this though. It can be distressful to you but it is very common so do not get down about it.

Consult someone about your problem.Everybody has different skin type and what may work for one person may not necessarily work for the next.I have an oily skin and during summer my pimples start to show because of the heat and sweat. What really helps me,is calamine lotion which dries up the pimples until it becomes a flake and falls of.It does leave some marks but I use cocoa butter for that-Bio oil does the same thing.Good luck.

An easy product-based regimen to use to get rid of pimples.
1) Use a scrub on the affected area to free the dirt from the pore.
2) Use a cleanser that targets grease and oily skin.
3) Moisturize with a light moisturizer.

I suggest St.Ives Apricot Scrub and Cream Cleanser. No ONE cream works, if you want to get rid of them- you have to be willing to do the work, but if you do this everyday, they will clear up. (Don't stop using them once they're gone either.)
Results within 2 weeks. (Waiting is worth it)

Acne is no fun. First wash your face with an Apricot Scrub (cheap one at Wal-Mart is good), pat dry with a towel. If your skin is oily, put Witch Hazel on a cotton square pad and cleans face. Let dry. Then, use Equate brand Acne Treatment Cream/ Maximiun strength on each acne spot. All this can be bought at Wal-mart very reasonablely cheap. Try it a couple of weeks and I bet you see a big improvement. Keep your skin clean and makeupless until it clears up at least. I at least cleans my face with Witch Hazel every morning and every night. Witzh Hazel will mae your face, way less oily. Good luck.

Apply high-concentrated Cologne. "Channel" has one. It burns a little but cures you in a day or two. Use it as a preventive too.
