Check the local motorbike shop, they should have a line on an airbrush artist in the area, maybe have a # they can give U or even custom car & body shops that carrie high preformance parts & custom paint jobs.

I'd say to check out tattoo parlor's near by, some workers or apprentices might do the artwork them selves or they might give you a reference of where you could get it done.

well personally, if you have a artist friend that owes you a favour, buy the paint and use him/her lol. other then that maybe up north by Scotland where the mounain ranges are
