I miscarried on 9/28 and bleed for a good week. We decided if I got pregnant again then that would be ok..Well things have gone down hill and my stress level has been extremely high. It seems like right now is not the best time for a baby. We had unprotected sex once with the withdrawal method on 10/28 while I was bleeding. I was on the 3rd day of my cycle. My period came 29 days after I miscarried( I was also on BC for a week in a half during that time). Since my period, I have been cramping off and on and it seemed like a few weeks ago I had pregnancy symptoms again. Sore underarms, some heartburn, dizziness...but that has all seemed to have gone away..even some nausea and headaches. ( I also have been suffering off and on from a sinus infection for the last few weeks). So now I am day 28 and no period. All I am getting is back pain..no cramping since this weekend and no sore breast..I keep thinking I am pregnant again...do you think I am just paranoid?? I have ovarian cyst as well..

It's unlikely ure pregnant...your body is just trying to get back to normal. I have had 2 miscarriages and after the first one it took 7 1/2 weeks for my period to even return. After the second i got a period after just 2 weeks. Although both times i experienced extreme pregnancy symptoms. But just to ease your mind you really should visit ure doctor.

If you are pregnant, you will know. The most obvious and earliest symptoms of a pregnancy are: nausea that occurs early morning and can last all day, and does not go away, sore and tender breasts, not underarms, fatigue, and lack of menstrual period.
Worrying about being pregnant or a pending period can cause stress, and therefore delay a menstrual cycle, and causing one to think they are pregnant.
Generally, there is a small chance you could have gotten pregnant, but I am going to say no since you withdrew and did not have direct contact with the sperm, and your menstrual cycle will take about three months or even more to be "normal" after a miscarriage and using birth control. Best of luck in the future.

I think that you need a rest before trying to make another baby. Here is what I suggest. Go get a complete physical from your doctor and find out what is going on, I also suggest you take vitamins and eat a healthy diet. It sounds to me like you are pretty run down and you need to take care of yourself so go see him and make sure everything is going good.
