hey! congrats!

hmm-when my mum had me in the oven, she used to fill a cup up with 1/4 Powerade/Gatorade (or some other liquid containing electrolytes), and 3/4 water, and that would keep her pretty tough until she was able to keep down some soda crackers.

Also, remember not to sit/lay down right after you eat/drink something. That might help.

Hope you feel better, mum-to-be!

luv!

i tried to sip ice cold water, the food is not that I'mportant but fluids are a must.
dry toast, crackers or plain biscuits may help and take time getting up in the morning, i find if i rush about im sick alot more.

When my wife was at this stage in her pregnancy, she ate a lot of crackers (saltines). Drink a lot of water. The puking can be normal, but if you are really concerned, please see your doctor. I think that there are some medications that they can give you if it is severe and they think that the child could become mal-nourished.

When in doubt, see your doctor. You can also check out web-md.
