YES -- I have been with Google Adsense since June 2003 when the program was first offered to the public. In my first month I earned $500 and in the second month I earned $1,200. Now I earn 5-digits from the program and have a Customer Rep that I can talk to for optimization and tips for increasing income on my site
I suggest you go to Google Adsense and apply http://www.google.com/adsense
Note though that NOT all sites do well with Adsense. Sites that attract an audience looking for ways to spend money are likely to earn higher from the program. For example, a travel site with information on places to visit and with ads on the hotels and tours are likely to earn more than a blog with personal musings and random thoughts of a person,

yes, but gettin targeted traffic take some work, using adsense is a great way to earn some free money, promoting and marketing your website and placement of ads will be a little tasky as it requires some work

Yes, Adsense works with many other services than youtube, almost any web devise will work.

No.......I have a blog on blogspot and I can't even get google adsense to work right.....so I think not.
