Depends on the design of the fitting, but most have some form of "removable front" that allows you to change the bulb whilst the remainder stays in the ceiling. Look around the fitting and see if you can spot some sort of gasket or seal between the two parts. If you try to pull it all out you often make a mess of the ceiling and have problems putting it back in. Try GENTLY pulling the part connected to the front glass - but obviously make sure the POWER IS OFF first. Pull the fuse/trip the circuit with the light on and then make sure it goes off - that way you know you have the correct one - before you start to work!

For low voltage lamps, there are so many types but the most common is a spring clip which is clearly visible holding the lamp in place.
Remove this by using a small screwdriver into the little "v" of the clip and pulling gently. The lamp should drop down and then you can replace it.
If this is a fully enclosed Bezel type it should twist off and then you can access the lamp.
With so many different makes on the market I cannot be more specific.I hope this has helped.

On some you may find there is a clip that needs removing. If yours has one then with a pair of pliers grip the two end pieces together and pull it clear. The cover should then come off and you can then replace the bulb.

i anticipate that that's a fan/mild mixture unit. If not one of the different solutions have panned out yet, do this: Take a sharp razor knife and score the paint the place the outer area of the trim ring meets the ceiling. Then, gently pull down on the trim (you will possibly be able to desire a flat screwdriver to softly pry below and get it began.) If this works, pull down on the completed trim. it is going to drop down some million.5 inches or so. you will see 2 springs. Squeeze them mutually to launch the hooks. The trim could pop out to exhibit your burned out bulb. i think of I easily have located your fan/mild. See the cyber web website below for rationalization.

The bezel with the glass will either pulll straight out (down) or may be a bayonet fit which will require about a ¼ turn anti-clockwise. It all depends on the manufacturer of the fittings.
