If you are worried about your teeth, drink through a straw. Fizzy water is good, although the flavoured ones sometime contain a lot of sugar and additives. There's always tomato juice.

I've got the same problem as you as too severe brushing has damaged my teeth. My dentist said all I should have is water and milk. No fruit juices as it is still acidic. Drinking through a straw still attacks your teeth, so that doesn't work.
So, sadly it's just water and milk. At first I hated that but my skin is brighter looking now and I feel healthier. Hope it helps you.

There are a number of delicious drinks out there, depending of course where you live.
I find drinking the flavoured water most refreshing. Now here is a fact.
Drinking 3 glasses of ice cold water boosts your metabolism by about 30%! You'll actually burn calories while your chums are packing it on!
Nestle puts out a flavored water with zero calories and aquafina has one that has 10 calories. Both are excellent thirst quenchers.

Not a lot left really is there. How about tea or coffee. Orange juice, J2o. Bit boring really. Why off alcohol?

I don't drink much but go to the pub often! I go for diet coke, slimline tonic, sparkling water, tomato juice, orange juice, appletise, J20, elderflower presse (only some pubs do it but it's delish!!), or even a cup of tea!! I don't care if people laugh at me!!!

Natural fruit juices have a lot of natural sugars in them. Try diet coke maybe, or appeltise? Or tomato juice? Things like J2O also have a lot of sugar, so avoid those too.

Appeltise is free from additives and added sugar etc.
If it's a proper bar you're going to (rather than a pub) there should be a few non-alcoholic cocktails available. If not maybe you could request them yourself (i.e orange and mango or apple and cranberry).
