anybody know how to send stuff from bluetooth to a samsung phone?

i have bluetooth in my phone and in my cp and i was trying to send pictures from my computer and ringtones too my phone how do i do it

You need to get bluetooth....You will insert it to USB entry of PC,,,,then you will supply connection your oc and mobile....its easy...
