i lost my arrows and i don't know where to find them.

Right click on your toolbar and hit "customize". You should be able to add them there.

what do you mean you lost?if the cursor of the mouse was lost, just manually click the buttons using the tab,arrows and enter of the keyboard..
if you lost the keyboard arrows, use the mouse man..

ok tyou need to select tools from above select toolbar options and click away a list should appear to select the tabs you require for tour use including the forward and back
the files may be named slightle different depending on your hard wear .
