Yeah. It hurts. But, in a couple of days to weeks, pains should go down!

Most plastic surgeries are performed with local, but not general, anesthesia. So, although you are anesthetized, you will feel tugging and pulling. The healing takes a while and can hurt like heck, but you are given antibiotics and pain reduction medications to help.

It hurts, but you likely won't feel it on all of the anesthetics they'll put you on. I had my nose done, and it felt merely bruised and swollen, not painful.
Pick your doctor well, depending on what you're looking to have done, surgeries range dramatically in price.

they preform the surgery under ansethetic so you don't feel anything -- but when it wears off i am pretty sure you feel like you have just been cut up. they cut through skin and flesh which is full of nerves.

I would say, hell yes.
I have had my breast surgically removed and had an implant put in, because of cancer, and it was quite unpleasant, but after 2 weeks I felt a lot better, and after 3 I was pretty much normal again. sort of.

but ii thought it wouldnt hurt when you are doin the surgery?
(cos they will inject dumbness in ur body)
&
onli it will hurt when its aft the surgery when eu are recovery..
