From what I've heard people who are learning English as a second language often find it difficult as it is such a varied language and doesn't follow the same grammatical patterns as many languages.
I'm sure you're not as bad at English as you think you are!
Often it's just trying to get fluent and confidence in conversational english that people find the most difficult. You might feel a little nervous about getting into indepth conversations in English incase you come across thing that you aren't familiar with of have no experience in.
To be honest that'll happen with anything new and I can say from first-hand experience that people are really understanding within conversation. I know a few people who speak English as a second language and they seem to have no problem at all. It's just having the confidence to make the effort to start up a conversation. You could try asking people how to get somewhere or for the time or start talking to assistants in stores.
If it's the writing and reading side of English that you're having trouble with keeping a diary or a log will help you express your thoughts better and give you the oppertunity to put them into English words more fluently. Reading books, magazines and articles will also help improve your reading skills.
If you are really concerned with your English there's always classes you could go to.
Like I said before though I'm sure you're much better at it than you think and it's just practice and confidence that you need.
Good luck! x

You're in the right place, reading text and communicating. Be observant, take note of things that are not typed in correctly. Use the spell check and take note of the words you misspelled. Read loads and go to places where you can converse with people or listen to the general spoken language of people around you.
