That I am mad and angry all of the time because of my facial expressions, but it's not true.
I am deaf and I read lips and have a hard time knowing whether or not to smile or not by what someone is saying.

Hehe, people have a lot of misconceptions about me. Here are some of the most common ones that I know of:
Lots of people think I'm shy because I'm quiet (I'm not shy, just more of a listener than a talker and I'm somewhat a loner anyway and don't enjoy socializing as much as most people). Some people think I'm a Christian (I'm an atheist). Some think I'm a lesbian because I'm more masculine than most women (I'm straight). The evil looks I sometimes get on the bus indicate that some people assume I'm a selfish asshole for not giving my seat to the elders (I do when I can, but I have a health problem that often makes me need a seat more than most others on the bus. Young does not equal healthy).

When my aunt gave a big endowment to the university, some faculty just assumed I was a spoiled brat. After I graduated and let my hair grow long, all of a sudden people acted as though my IQ was about fifty points lower. When I finally got my figure, some people assumed I was a slut. And people often confuse courtesy with weakness.

Unnumerable, and we cannot do anything to stop them. So I don't care.
But we can stop our own misconceptions about other people.

some say i appear to be angry. sometimes my friend(s) think i'm sad or pissed, when i actually am not. Its not true as i only look stern/sad/grumpy/angry when i do not smile. It's how my face is naturally and i can't help it either.

They might say I'm a drunk and they might say I'm a Nazi. I'm half German, half Irish. I can't avoid it :)
