You should try stress management and relaxation to start off, learn to identify what causes you to cry and feel you can't cope. And if it doesn't help, then you should see your doctor. Seems to me that you are under a lot of stress and your coping mechanisms are not reacting as they should so problem there. To cry with no apparent reason is a sign of depression, endogenous used to be the name because coming for no apparent causes as opposed to reactive depression, coming after a trauma of some kind in your life. You don't say how long you've been feeling that way but it seems to me that talking it through with your doctor would help in some ways. He could also precribe anti depressants and/or anxyolitics (To help with anxiety). Please don't allow yourself to wake up feeling the same way tomorrow! There is help available, so take it before you get too depressed.
