e.g. if a friend arrives on eurostar at 11.53am, what time can she come out of the station?

It depends if she gets stopped by customs.
10-15 Minutes, it's a long walk to the exit.

If her seat is near the front of the train and the security is fast moving she will probably take around 10-15 mins. I ll be doing this trip next week so I hope it will be the same for me too!

However long it takes her to walk from the train to the station exit - shouldn't be more than 15 mins.

depends how far back on train she is, but last time I got off hardly any time as security is so lapse!
