Yes, penis enlargement is possible, but only through surgery. It is a costly plastic surgery where the split the penis down the length and add to it. The recovery time takes months.
Any pill or cream that can claim to do this is lying to you.

Not with any type of medicine, oil etc. It si a spoongy organ, and you may spoil it with the usage of these type of medicines. If you are eager to enlarge it, surgery may help you, but to what extent, and its proper utilization after surgery may not be guarantee.
But why you want to enlarge it. The satisfaction to women is with rubbing it to clitoris, which is situated at the opening of vagina.
