Is he interested in any sports teams? There are lots of things sports related, shirts, hats, boxers, pjs, etc. Or maybe a music cd? Does he watch movies? A gift certificate to Home Depot is nice if he does a lot of projects around the house. Or maybe he reads...books, magazines. Does he wear pajamas? Slippers. Maybe he needs new socks. Hats? Gloves? Does he wear ties...always boring but if he wears them a lot....tickets to a movie that him and you Mom would enjoy...or tickets to a movie that you and your Dad would enjoy...the gift of your time...the possibilities are endless....just look around and see what your Dad likes to do!

As a parent I encourage my children to give gifts of love to the adults in their life. My children make coupon books of chores and activities they will do for their father through out the year. Example, " Just say the word, and I will mow the grass", Good for one free hug when ever YOU want it"
Think of all the things your dad does around the house, and make the coupons good for helping him.

If you find yourself spending less time with your dad than you did when you were younger, offer activities you think he would like to do with you. but you have turned him down on. ( ie working on the car, playing a board game, fishing, etc)

How previous are you and how plenty money do you have obtainable to you? I mean, this could be something so ordinary as a hand-made coupon e book of favors or chores you will do for them ... as much as tickets to Disneyland. Be somewhat extra particular ... haha :)
