Yes you can. A lot of people get them done to cover up the stretch marks after kids. Just make sure you are done. If you not done, I would wait until you are, unless you want a very stretched out, weird look'in tattoo on ya.

if it can cover 50cents multiple gun shot wounds then it should cover your stretchmarks...u might want to check with the tatoo artist beforehand....by the way....i know u dont like they stretchmarks on your stomach..but u might regret that tatoo all over your stomach a few years from now..then what...plastic surgery will be your only option....just make sure that this what u really want before u do it...
