Well in a lot of ways you are already as man and wife. In California you would be considered legally married. The best way would be to find a babysitter for the night, and treat her out to a very special romantic dinner. And then present a ring to her and ask her then, reminding her how much you love and care for her with all your heart. And how you'll always be there for her, and support her in every way you can. In the evening, when the kids are asleep, light up some candles and make love to her with all the passion you have. It will be a night to always remember.

Think about those 3 childrens, only once, the words "Marry Me", will automatically come out of you'r mouth.

Well first you have to try to coordinate your mouth movements with your vocal chords and then say, will you marry me?
