I guess it depends on what it was. If she is sorry for it (genuinly sorry) then you should forgive her and try to start afresh. If she does not admit she is wrong, there is not much you can do.

Well without knowing the details, you need to determine within yourself if you should still be "friends" with her. If this is over a misunderstanding then perhaps you can work things out with her. If not then your moms advice was probably very good.

i think whatever yr freind did is forgevable. remember we all do wrong and hurt people from time to time, just imagine what life would be if we all held grudges. to erro is human but to forgive is divine. i think u must give her the chance to say sorry and let her know that we all wrong one another but she must not make it a habbit.

first of all i have learned as a parent that my children's friends say and do things to hurt my children's feelings, but that no matter how mad i get over what these other kids have done to my kids. i have to stay out of it. as does your mother.life is full of people that will say or do things that will hurt us. that wont change as you get older. it is a part of life. tell you mom that this is something that you and your friend need to work out. tell her that you would like for her to allow you to decide whats right for you. then you need to make up your mind as to forgive this friend or not. as long as know one hurts my children physically i stay out of it. my kids have to learn what battles to fight and what ones to let go. you need to learn to do the same.

It depends on the severity of the offense. If you don't know what to do then don't do anything just now. Just give it time and see if you can get over it. Try to sort out your emotions. Don't make rash decisions out of anger or haste.
