What is a good online store for men's (30 - 40 yrs. old) casual shirts? X-Mas shopping...?

Having a hard time finding a good online store to buy hubby some nice casual shirts for Christmas. He's a 35-year old firefighter, middle of the line, likes to look good... Mid price range in mind, but a good bargain is always great! Any suggestions?
