You can't really reassure her, you said yourself that she has seen all about it. She isn't ready to be a mom yet and you have to respect that. You can talk to her about how great it will be to have a baby one day. Keep it up in the air, when she is ready to give up working for a little while and have the baby she will tell you. if you are both working 12 hour days, having a baby is going to effect both of you, but presumably her the most. It is a big decision that really should have been mutually made before doing the "...till death do us part." thing.
