My wife in in Abu Dhabi and I'm concern if this country is like Dubai

Abu Dhabi is not a country. It's the capital of UAE. Dubai's government is just too lax compared to other Emirates like Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. But there's nothing to worry about as long as your wife is not doing anything bad or against the law. Still you have the freedom there in ABu Dhabi, compared to other Muslim countries like Saudi. In Abu Dhabi, you are free to choose your religion, clothing preferences, and the like.

Abu Dhabi Is The Capital Of UAE, and Dubai Is The Financial Capital, Its Almost As Good As Dubai, Rents Are Much Cheaper and getting arond in the meter taxis is 3/4 times cheaper than Dubai, I Personally find Abu Dhabi Dull as compared to Dubai, But Its A Decent Place to live in, and is equally liberal.

And Yes its Free and Its Like Dubai ..
