I have.
One time when I lived in Providence RI, (ghetto central) the street was so filled with trash and leaves and broken glass I pushed all into a huge pile and pushed it into the middle of the intersection.
Within 2 hours, the city had a street cleaner come thru.

My Grandson's parents are both wealthy Republicians (and think as such) so I've taken him out and we've cleaned up both sides of a street right outside of my neighborhood a few times to help teach him to not litter, be a conservationist, and basically, to be a liberal that gives back to America instead of taking.

if there were any and I was out walking I would, but I live in the forest where everyones totally environmental, no litter bugs.
