I'm not sure about the teaching quality in China, but Mandarin will be the prequisite to enter most of their universities. If Singapore, the best medical school is under National University of Singapore. But, if you're deciding to enroll your daughter in Malaysia, there are plenty here, these are public universities :
1. Universiti Malaya (MBBS)
2. Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (MD)
3. Universiti Sains Malaysia (MD)
4. Universiti Putra Malaysia (MD)
5. International Islamic University of Malaysia (MBBS)
Below are private universities :
1. International Medical University (MD)
2. Malacca Manipal Medical School (MBBS)
3. Perak Royal College of Medicine (MBBS)
4. Penang Medical College
5. Sedaya International University College
But, I recommend you to put your child either in International Medical University or Universiti Malaya
