Our politics, immigration, and social services.
This country hasn't been the same since the Reagan years - Bush Sr. did nothing to remember - Clinton left a blackmark on the presidency and Bush W. is just an idiot who let power go to his head ( the opposite of where Clinton's let his power go)
Immigration must be dealt with - but with a complete understanding of the impact ANY decision would have. Least we forget we all began as immigrants - but based on the records of my ancestors from the Mayflower - most of them did it legally, whether European law or US.
The state of our welfare system is so overcome with milkers that the people that truly need it are left out. The abuse of the system shows just how much reform is needed.

Our President is an idiot. That's our main problem.
Unfortunately, there is a huge gap in the income levels of the American people. You have the rich, and you have the poor. The middle class area is slowly being wiped out.
There are starving people.
There is the fact that in our schools, the teachers/parents have to provide paper, books and sometimes writing materials.
Health care and social security are major issues.
